Jonathan Cobb is a highly respected Personal Trainer. After graduating High School as a 140lb State Champion Wrestler he went into College pursuing Computer Programming. Meanwhile personal training every chance he got. Once college was complete he was able to focus more on nutrition as well as becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association. He has implemented nutritional goals that greatly improved the health of all his clients.

Lauren Scacchi has always been into fitness and athletics. Her experience exceeds 5+ years and has competed in competitive martial arts for 5 years earning a Competitor of the Year award, worked as a Snow Boarding instructor for 3 years, head a lead instructor position for off-site location at Notre Dame College where she taught kick boxing and strength training intervals, managed and created sports-specific after-school classes for middle school and high school students, lead evening Spinning classes, instructed a Strength Training/Boot Camp class and even acted as a Certified Lifeguard through Red Cross for Berkshire Hills Country Club.
